when i try to log in to my account, absolutely nothing happens.

Logging in with the app or on the website?

If app, what phone operating system?

If computer, what browser, what operating system?

If computer, have you updated flash player?

when i try to log in on the website it does nothing (on the computer), i can log in on my phone app. 

I am using Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash Player 26 , Windows 10.

Earlier this morning I had the same problem. I unchecked "remember me" and then I was able to log in

ok....did it again and this time I had to check "remember me"

I have flash 27 for IE11.

Try the Edge browser and see if that works.

Also you may need to adjust your flash seetings:

Right click the Windows Start button > choose Run > type in: c:\windows\syswOW64\FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl > hit enter

Click on the storage tab > set it to "Ask me before allowing new sites....." > click on: Local Storage Settings by site > click: Add > type in arlo.netgear.com > set permission in drop down box to Allow.

Or if others start reporting it, maybe the site is having issues at the moment.
