video output of cameras

ok so we were able to see the video content from the cameras. Then we were prmpt to update newest version of adobi flash player and i tried to install but its not workiing. How do i just change it back to play through the default video player? please help

The "default" video player is either the app or a browser that supports Flash or has Flash installed.  It would seem you're using a browser - which one?  What OS? have you tried a different browser?  You may need to uninstall Flash and reinstall it in your browser and/or make sure your browser and OS is up to date.

Easiest way is to up use a different version of a browser... a new install will usu load all fine to play.
