Im traverler ..
And for months I experiment arlo very baddly ..
most is when I'm in some asia contries like Vietnam and China, Malaisia .
it took minute for loading few second of video some time, it drop, and can not download too..
I'm here in 4G network and viewing youtube HD no problems..
I think netgear not make good any server around those contries , or their server too bad, the app dont have function that help me view direct video store on the basetation .. which are location in Australia sydney with NBN light cable very fast.
Live video more bad.. I cant say any word.. only bad
So most time i have to use other brand of two camera .. which are no name product from china as i purchase 2 -3 year ago, those can have direct play video on sd card and view direct without delay . only their low solution is not good
I was hope arlo give me better when update so i can travel around and watching my home.
you guy from arlo can have look any time for real feadback.
For who going to buy this product.. I think this is only beta.. and you could try as you want but dont put too much hope and money for one pack on this like me ( +2000$ ) before test with one cam.

Arlo uses the Amazon servers so it's always going to be slower for people outside of the US. The camera feed also has to go from the camera to the base station to the cloud server and then to you. It would be great if you could connect directly.
Viewing videos stored on an in-camera SD card is great until someone steals the camera

Binh,
Some of what you describe could be related to interference between the camera and the base station. Do all of your cameras behave this way or just specific ones?
