unable to access the live cameras because of two factor authentication

I am unable to access the live cameras because of two factor authentication.  I have had my arlo camera's since 2017 and this is first time I am not able to access the camera's.  I cannot get pass the trusted device when using the mobile app or my.arlo.com.  Please advise!

Problem solved.  I was able to use my email as the other method for the two-factor authentication.
