After only a few weeks two of my four cameras fail to switch to Night Vision. Both cameras failed to switch to Night Vision within 10 days of each other. All settings have been checked on the cameras and both have Night Vision switched "on". Any suggestions? I am thinking of returning for a hardwire system?

Thank you.

Did you try a battery pull to reset the camera?

Thank you for responding Steve.

Yes, batteries were pulled and also the cameras resyncronized in an attempt to get them working in Night Vision.

Both cameras have failed to respond to any resets!

I'm guessing there is little else left to do?

TJBSecurity,

Try toggling Night Vision off, saving and then toggling it back on. Move the cameras to a complete dark area (such as shutting them in a drawer) and test again to further isolate the issue. If you're still experiencing the same behavior, consider contacting the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
