I have just recently bought the Arlo pro setup with 5 cameras. I placed two cameras on each side of my garage to look over my vehicles. i noticed with having only one camera on one side of the garage it would not pick up some motion behind the vehicle or in between the vehicles so, i decided to place the other Camera directly across from the first Camera to pick up a tottally different angle. I then made in the modes that i use that when one camera picks up motion it records untill motion is no longer their and also activate the other Camera as well to record. I set that up for both cameras. for the most part it seems to work well and can get motion all around the vehicles parked in my drive way but, for some reason one of the cameras when triggered will record randomly for 5 minutes even with no more motion in the video and draining the battery fast. I did a factory reset on the system, resynced all the cameras and reprogrammed everything again to see if that would fix the issue well, it didnt. i then took the one camera back to best buy and they provided me with a new camera and the same problem occured. i even tried placing the one camera in a different area of the drive way and it still randomly will record for over 5 minutes. does any one know how to fix it from doing that or, is there a better way to set up the modes or should i just have both cameras work individually?

Maybe try change the secondary camera to record for a preset length of time

Eg Camera A records until motion stops when camera A detects motion

Camera B records for 45 seconds when Camera A detects motion

Camera B records until motion stops when camera B detects motion

Camera A records for 45 seconds when camera B detects motion
