Receiving a timezone_error pop-up whenever I attempt to take a snapshot from a camera connected to the system. The system has bbeen online for approximately 7 weeks and have not experienced this type of error. Other posts claim there is a way to change the timezone via the settings. I cannot seem to find this option in My Arlo.

Thanks, I see where the time zone can be set via the mobile app, but not the web log in. I had set the system up using Central Timezone instead of Central (US) Timezone. Pretty much the same, but I changed it anyway. Everything is working as expected.

Settings, select your base and then select the correct time zone.

If that does not work then try and power cycle your base.
