I currently have 7 Arlo Pro's and I have purchased  2 Essential spotlight cameras can these be supported off the one plan please.

Yes.  The Arlo Secure multicamera subscription covers unlimited cameras at one location.

Log into my.arlo com. Go to settings->subscription
