Login request timed out

When I try to login to my cameras I put my

 user name and password in and it immediately pops up request timed out.  Before i even receive my code

Are you using the app (which one, Android or iOS) or the web client? WHat have you tried? Have you rebooted the phone, as appropriate, and reinstalled the app?
