I just bought a new Arlo Pro battery... and when trying to load it the first time... the battery load hast not reached a full condition ...it reach 60% only....any suggestion ? O should i consider this battery as a death on arrival ?

The Arlo Pro needs a dual voltage charger ( qualcom type ) that puts out 5v and 9v.  ( 5 to run, 9 to charge ).

 

If you charge with a normal 5v USB charger, the battery will not hit a full charge.

Use the original ac adapter.

 

( BTW, the picture you used is the Arlo HD camera that take 123 cells )
