Just hooked up the 2nd camera today. It won't record a video. Have it set to record when motion is detected. the first camera we set up is having no problems. What do I have to do. You can record video from both cameras at the same time can't you?

yes. Can you live view and record manually? Is the camera's running man in the Devices tab black or gray? Gray means it's disarmed. Try using only the Armed mode to verify proper operation.

If 1 camera is unable to detect motion, try to remove the battery from the camera for about 10 seconds. Then trigger a motion. If camera is still not detecting motion, try removing the camera from your account by going to Settings > My Devices > Select the camera > click remove device. Once camera has been removedm unplugged the base form the power outlet for 1 minute and make sure all lights on the base are turned off. Once base boots up completely, re-sync the camera.

If still unable to detect motion, you may need to call the Arlo support team.
