Purchased an arlo and it did not work. Support was great and sent me a new camera.  1) They forgot to mention to take out the batteries so when I got the new camera it was without batteries.

2) I have since purchased 2 sets of batteries thinking it was the batteries that were not working.  Still the replacement is not working.  Must be the replacement.

I will not be replacing the arlo camera with another arlo. 

This is very frustrating.  Camera Serial # 4WA16C7FE6AFB

What do you mean it doesn't work? Not LED activity on the front at all when you insert new batteries?

No activity at all. It is completely blank like there are no batteries in it at all. That is why I went out and purchased another set of batteries to make sure that it wasn't the batteries.

Two totally non-functioning cameras in a row is pretty bad luck, Are you absolutely sure you're inserting the batteries with the correct polarity? I'd recommend Arlo Pro over Arlo HD any day with one of the major things being the rechargeable battery but wouldn't blame you if you decided not to
