Does anybody know where these can be sent for repair once they are out of the warranty period? I have tried unsuccessfully getting an answer out ot the folks at Netgear Support. All they want to do is troubleshoot and then tell you the units are out of warranty.
PLEASE HELP.

If your device is experiencing problem, Arlo support can assist you with the troubleshooting since their technical suppoort is unlimited. However, if they have proven that your device is already defective, they can no longer replace it. They recommended me before to contact the store and the store able to assist me with it.
Better try to contact the store where you purchase it.
