Night vision not working

My night vision on 2 of my cameras stopped working about a week ago.  I see it is chosen on my devices under my app but at night I can't see anything at all.  It appears pitch black and sadly I can't see anything either when it is all dark.

verify the night vision is turn on by toggling it off then back on...test

also, you can pul the battery and then reinsert to reset the camera
