The "Grant Access" option is not available on the Arlo Mobile App nor the Web Portal on my computer.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app, but still no success.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you get the option back?
A screenshot of the web portal shows the option is not available under the "Account" tab.

Based on your screenshot, I suspect you either haven't already set up the system as the primary user or that you're not the primary user in the first place.

After chatting with support, it was confirmed that i was logged in as a secondary user. When I logged in as a primary user, it worked!
