"Getting Information" and unable to arm or disarm

Hi. I'm using Arlo Pro and I know its old but it has been working well until yesterday. Currently it is stuck on "getting information" and I'm not able to arm or disarm the cameras. I read through the old threads and updated my app and have also tried using the windows browser system to no avail. 

I did a factory reset and the situation is worse as I'm unable to pair the cameras now with the base system still showing as "getting information" on my iOS app or "Please wait"  on my windows PC. I really hope I'll be able to recover the system as it is of not any use now. The current firmware is on  1.25.1.0_4598_1f1c874

Have you uninstalled the app and reinstalled it?
