pro and regular

All at once both my regular arlo wireless camera and the pro wireless stopped working. I am in Texas so it is hot so I wonder if the heat fried them although the specs say up to 122 degrees. I try to re sync w the base and not lights on the regular will come on and the pro will only blink amber. Both have charged batteries. Please advise.

If they both stopped at the same time it could be an issue with the base.

Try an restart the base and if that does not work then bring the cameras closer to the base and see if they will sync.

Thank you. I tried rebooting the base serval times. The base is showing online though.

OK so then try and remove and replace the batteries in the cameras.

Did that to no avail as well. I'm charging both again now in case the heat somehow discharged both of them super quickly.

Try removing the cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync them.
