Connection Arlo Pro Camera

Have an Arlo Pro Camera. After recently recharging the battery, put the camera. up and got intermittent picture and sound. The got a message that says Failed To Connect. I re-synced the camera. Same thing happened. Then lost picture altogether. Now just have beige background with vertical stripes. Any ideas?

Remove and replace the battery and power cycle the base.

See if that does the trick.

If not, it sounds like a hardware issue that can only be resolved by opening a case with support.
