one out of 4 camera's constintly going off line...numerous visits with "support' system....according to what i've read on communtiy formum, this is an issue that been around for quite some time. "they" evidentualy are not interested in fixing the issue...Their only response should be to have the camera shipped back to them free of charge so that THEY can fiqure out what the issue is instead of the customer doing THEIR job for them...And send me a new one that works!!   BIG RUN AROUND! Outrage about their product courtesty of:

Did you buy it from a bricks and mortar store? If so, take it back there

gboldt,

This issue can often be due to an issue at the camera location (interference or poor signal strength). A good way to further isolate would be to swap locations with a camera that is working correctly to see if the issue follows the camera or the location.

I would like to offer additional assistance and take a look at your open support case. Please let me know your case number and I will review your case and offer any additional feedback that I can.

What firmware version are you running on camera and base?

I had the same issues with one of my cameras and the latest release fixed it.
