notification delay

I just bought this for Christmas...got it set up last weekend and tried it out for the first time these last few days.

Very, very delayed notifications. Also, seems to show activity of my pets for a few hours consistently and then it stops for a long...long...time. Didn't get some until the next morning (from the prior evening).  😕

If I just got this product I should have all the latest updates...what's the problem?

If someone entered my home and was robbing me....I wouldn't be able to notify 911 until it was too late.

Very frustrated and disappointed.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Yesterdays update has fixed this issue (and many others). Make sure you are on the latest app version.
