no available router port for base station, what do we need?

We recently purchased the Arlo wireless camera system for our office. We are using Comcast equipment for our office  network. There is no available port on the Comcast Equipment. What equipmtent  do we need to  purchase to link the base station to the Comcast equipment to increase the number of ports available.
