littleroo82,

If you have the correct user name, you should be able to request a password reset using the "Forgot" link on the login screen. Are you sure you are using the correct user name when attempting to log in/change your password?

James,

Thanks, my user ID and password were correct. I couldn't sign in, open cameras or anything. It wouldn't accept anything on my phone or tablet or home computer. Tried several times with info from arlo community and nothing worked.I finally took it all back to Best buy and got a arlo pro. Still couldn't sign in with my password. Finally on my wired computer I was able to change my password and signed on. Now the problem I have is that it tells your arlo device appears offline a few times since I installed it. Tried calling arlo and they want to charge a lot of money for this issue. Any help will help. Disappointed with arlo....it's their equipement having this problem and they want to charge me. It would be nice if they could fix it by putting better firmware out to fix it or put a button on the app that would reconnect once you push it on.

Thanks,

Rudy

littleroo82,

It sounds like you may have contacted a third-party support line. If you wish to contact the Arlo Support Team, use this link: http://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

When getting the "your device appears offline" message, what is the LED behavior on your base station? It could be a display issue with the browser you are using that is causing this error. Be sure flash is enabled and up to date along with (temporarily) disabling any security software (Bitdefender) you might have to further isolate the issue.
