Library displayed in time order before but started displaying 9 pm before 12 pm.

Can you check the base station’s time zone is set correctly for your location. Look under the arlo app under settings/my devices/base/time zone.

The time zone is correct, thanks for the suggestion.
I get results from after 9 pm backwards to 9pm then the early results forwards.
example 9:45pm 9 35pm 920pm 910pm 905pm 310am 545am 655am 7:10am 3:20pm 6pm

Is the issue the same using the arlo web portal from a browser on a pc?
If it’s only on the arlo mobile app can you delete and reinstall to see if the issue gets resolved.
