issue setting up base and 1 camera

Hello -  I have just set up the base station and one camera.  I followed all directions, the camera is synced and the app on my phone cannot discover my device.   Can anyone talk me through this?  Thanks!

Are you doing it on wifi ?  or attempting to do with cell ?

Basic tip; both units need to be on same network when setting up

 

I do find it easier to first set up on a PC if able and then start the app on the phone.. site on PC =  https://arlo.netgear.com/
