ios App Push notfication not working

ios app randomly stop working even i restart the phone it work for few minte few days it stop working.

Are you closing/logging out of the app at some point? The app needs to be running for push notifications to be received.

i turn off background refresh app

the app is local notficaion i have to turn on background refresh app to get notifcation working
