iPhone gets stuck at discovering device

Hello!

We have successfully set up our Arlo Pro cameras and the app on my iPhone works fine, but I invited my husband and he is getting stuck at "Discovering Device" it can't seem to find his iPhone?? Not sure why my is workig properly, but I can't get his set up.

It sounds like he's trying to performa a system setup which isn't what's needed.  He should have received an email with directions - did he?  Did he follow the steps in that email?  Once the invitation is accepted and acted on, he would simply log on and see the cameras.

He received the email and we clicked on the link that said create an account. He created an account and it said we needed to setup the Arlo device. I have read in other posts about "accepting" the invitation, but he never received an email like that. It was only a "create an account" email. Is there something we're missing?

You did use Settings, Grant Access to do this, right?
