Can you provide more details on what you are experiencing? What is the LED behavior of the base station and the camera when attempting to sync?

There are three LED light indicatores on the bottom of my base.  Only two lights come on, the one on the far left and the far right.  The middle light doesnt come on.

That means the base isn't communicating with your router.  It can be one of three things:

 

1) Bad cable

2) Bad port on the router

3) Bad port on the base

 

Try a different cable and a different router port.  If still no good, try turning off the router and base and then turn them back on in that order.  Let the router initialize before turning the base on.  If still no good, you can try resetting the system by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras (if possible).  Failing all of this, open a case with support.
