how to grant Arlo access to new user?

Hello, the main user has granted access to friend and gave them permission to access account. The user can't access acct though in their app. I tried searching from Alro devices through the app, but can't be found. Please let me know how to proceed.

I suspect you will need to have the new user use the pc to activate the share method.

Share will not work unless the arlo accounts are using the same app design.
