how long does it take to recharge the rechargeable battery?

After just a few days of use, my battery is depleted on one of my cameras (had the landscapting guys over and the camera picked up motion and noise).  The question is, how long does it take to recharge the rechargeable battery?  My battery has been plugged in for an hour and the battery level hasn't budged (1%).  thoughts?

Roughly 2.5 hours, +/-. Maybe you have a bad battery.
