I purchased the Pro with 3 cameras 2 weeks ago. anytime I do a live look, I get earpiecing high pitched feedback on each camera until I turn off the sound. Tech support says just turn off sound! I want to use the sound. Thats part of why I chose them. Doesn't seem right. Should I just return them and get a replacement?

It sounds like this could be another device nearby causing an issue. Try relocating the camera (temporarily) to see if you get the same behavior in another location.

I've tried several different locations in and outside of the house and still have the feedback.

It's feedback. Lower you volume on you phone/device and or the two device and camera are to close to each other. Both are listening so the ambient noise they both detect is looping through both devices
