Hi,
I have one functional Arlo Pro which is functionally connected to the base station and capturing wildlife presence. I am unfortunately having trouble getting my second freshly charged Arlo Pro camera to connect with the base station.
i am going through the simple steps described on the application, but unfortunately the base station is not seeing my second camera. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue?

Is the second camera showing in Settings, My Devices? If so, remove it.
You really don't have much you can do to fix this. Reinsert the battery and make sure the battery is charged. Don't bother with the app, just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then press the camera sync button. It really should be that simple.
If not, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem. If new enough, it would be faster to swap at the store.
