getting a message on one of my cameras to update camera

I keep getting a message on one of my cameras to update camera (Update your camera's firmware now). When I click on "update camera" it spins but nothing happens. Thus, because of this I am not able to see a live feed of this camera. How can I over come this issue? I have placed the camera right next to the base and sync'd it several times. I have also connected this camera to the usb cable and tried to update, but nothing changes I still keep getting the message to update camera.

have you tried un-synchronizing and re-synchronizing that particular camera. maybe it will prompt you to do it that time.
been almost a year since I did that step.
