cant get the middle light on my base station to light green, its amber, no internet connection.

my arlo VMB4000 wont connect to the internet. My laptop and smart tv work fine off the internet,

Check your router to see if the base is connected. There have been a few reports recently of the Internet LED being off but the system working fine.
