cant connect to web

i got a new router and it wont connect to the internet. not sure if im not doing something?? help please> tom

Is this a router question or an Arlo one?  If for the router, try the appropriate forum for your specific model.  A quick thing to try is to reset the router using the reset button on the back for 10-15 seconds.  ALso, be sure to power cycle the modem since it remembers the last MAC address used to connect - swapping routers means a different MAC address which the power cycle will clear.
