can't log into app

Can't log into app. Went to chat and they gave me all the things to do. Yes, I'm connected to the internet. Yes, the app is up to date. Yes, I deleted and reloaded it.  I called a number for customer support that gave me instructions as to how to reach them through the app, but we are now in a loop. 

 

The error message says Internal Server Error when I try to log in. The circle just spins and spins, then it times out. This is a security camera and I need to be sure I am seeing things/people that are coming in and out of my property today. 

PLEASE HELP!

Are you still experiencing this symptom? Are you have any issues signing in to the web portal as well?
