cameras that are hooked to base station says offline , but they are not .

cameras hooked to base station says that they are offline they are not, they go off when I pull in the driveway, reset base station and internet router I can get my app to work after I go to my devices , library , and back to mode several time then I am able to arm and disarm , pretty aggravating, model VMB4000
