cameras sync locally and appear in HomeKit but not in the Arlo app or web portal

hi , I have an issue where the cameras sync locally to the base station but won’t pair or show in the app. They appear in HomeKit. I have tried all sorts or factory resets etc but just can’t get them to appear in Arlo app. 

really appreciate any help/ideas. Thanks!

Please try to remove one camera from the account and add it back on.
