cameras stopped working called support and now they want $150.00 to renew??

I feel scammed like we were not talking to a legit Arlo support guy. Why all of a sudden are cameras stopped working, payment went through no problem and at the end of an hour trying to figure it all out the guy ask for $150.00 to get them working again, I dont buy it!! Anybody else going through?

I think you were.

 

Did you google a support number?  That almost always leads to a scam support site.

We are aware of third-party companies who claim that they are calling from Arlo, however they are not associated in any way with Arlo. You may share their info with us and we can forward to our Legal Team to further investigate.
