I feel scammed like we were not talking to a legit Arlo support guy. Why all of a sudden are cameras stopped working, payment went through no problem and at the end of an hour trying to figure it all out the guy ask for $150.00 to get them working again, I dont buy it!! Anybody else going through?

I think you were.
Did you google a support number? That almost always leads to a scam support site.
