cameras showing no connection

I had these cameras for 5 months and recently changed the batteries for the cameras 2 weeks ago and now it's been two days and it says no connection so my question is how do I connect the cameras to wifi

The first step is usually to power cycle the base.  You may also need to resync the cameras.
