my nephew invited me to share his arlo pro 2 wireless camera. I accepted, setup an arlo account on the app for my android phone and all loaded fine. both phone and camera are on the same wifi. we went to add a device and it said it couldn't find the camera. BUT I get notifications on my phone when motion is detected and it brings up the arlo app--but no picture. Can anyone help please? thank you

You can't add a camera that's already in someone's account. However, since you're getting the notifications, click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets his own Home location so you need to choose his. Renaming Home makes it easier to figure out which one to choose.

Thank you, however, when clicking on the home icon, there were no options to do anything. I think the software was changed/updated as a legacy product. We found another solution. Thank you for your help!
