Have tried with android 6.0.1

Iphone 7 plus

Apple Mac:    Volume at 100% Firmware 1.092.0.5_13833 Camera H8 Base station cycle many times

Cannot get the volume to where it is audible. There is a volume but the speaker points down and whatever volume comes out oif it it is absorbed by whatever the camera is sitting on or near. I have 3 cameras and they are all doing the same thing. I called support and after spending time with them they decided to send me another camera. 15 minutes later they called and wanted my credit card info and thats when I blew up. This problem has existed for nearly 2 years If they can't fix it, they deserve to go our of business. If I cannot get enough help to make the volume up to the point where I can hear it, I will return the cameras and document my position on YELP. I went on chat; I read these posts and still the problem exists. Their techs are not fixing it to the point they can sell a reliable product. Last Chance Netgear. Either give me a fix or lose my business

Wait, they offered to send you a replacement camera and you threw a tantrum because they wanted to secure some credit card details in case you're trying to scam them?? Without it, what would stop them from sending you a new camera and you not sending your one back to them with no repercussions??

Yes.

The arlo pro is a piece of crap. They did not want to send me a replacement unit with an RMA to return the junk camera. Youe must be one of thjose people who take umbrage when the corporation doesn't get what it wants. I have never had to send my credit card info (and look at the number of companies that have been hacked for credit card info) to a company that knows it has a defective product when they send out A REPLACEMENT UNIT. I have only 1 thing left to try on getting sound out of the 2 way audio. If that doesn't work it goes back. Looking at Best Buy reviews many many people are unhappy with service and product and are returning it. So unless you have a solution for low volume (defect has appeared on community forum for 2 years) your unsolicited commen was unappreciated.

Nope. I'm one of those people who can see both sides of a situation and want a fair outcome. I want you to get a replacement camera but I also don't understand why you don't understand why they would want to protect themselves from you ripping them off by getting a free camera and not returning your faulty one with no repercussions. I guess I've totally just repeated myself and you didn't get it the first time so there's no use trying to say it again. I wish you the best for getting your case sorted.
