arlo pro trying to add devices but it keeps saying Im offline

I had to exchange my entire unit, now Im trying to add devices but it keeps saying Im offline, what do I do?

is it because it's also a new moden? how do I install into my same account? please help.

Make sure that your old system is already removed from your account. Go to Settings > My Devices and check if your old base and cameras are still there. If they are, they should be removed.

In installing your new base, go to Devices click add devcie and select base station to install first your base station. Once base is already installed, you may go ahead and sync your cameras.
