arlo pro cameras are not showing up when we click on "Mode"

Our cameras are not showing up when we click on "Mode".  Only the base is appearing in the list.  Is this normal?  we would like to adjust the settings on one of the cameras, but need to get to it through the "Mode" icon in order to save our changes.  Thanks!!

did you click on the base ? cameras are listed under the main Device,

Yes, i thoroughly followed instuction.

I tried at list 15 - 16 times using my smartphone and iPad

OK, let's start again. Click on the Mode tab and then on your base. In there you'll find any modes and the schedule. Inside the modes are rules for each camera. That's where you can make or change settings GS. Check out the Armed mode and then create your own custom mode. After creating this mode, reedit it to add additional camera rules.
