arlo pro camera will not stay at 80%

My camera will not stay on 78-80%.   It keeps going to 100% and motion and sound.   None of my other cameras work because this one is on so high and it

Assuming you're trying to set this in your modes and rules and not the motion test, try rebooting your base and reinsert the camera battery to get to a known state.
