arlo email to text notification att "unknown message"

Hi all, just got a Pro setup and have an issue with notification.

I have it setup to do an email notification to number@mms.att.net to send it text to my phone but what comes through is a message that just says "unknown sender" and "message not found" with nothing else in it.

The email that arlo sends to my actual email address is fine and when I get on my computer and send an email to the att address with a random jpg attached and it works fine. Only problem seems to be with arlo notification.

Not sure what is wrong?

• Picture or video message: Compose a new email and use the recipient's 10-digit wireless phone number, followed by @mms.att.net. For example, 5551234567@mms.att.net.

Try using only the TEXT ( first option )
