I had an account with Netgear prior to getting Arlo Pro. But now it won't let me register start an account with Arlo. When I try to register, it says " email address is already in use. Login to continue. " When I try to reset the password, it says "we couldn't find your email address. Please check that you've typed your email address correctly or try another email address"
How do I get this corrected? Thank you.

Though, it'd probably be much easier just to use a different email address
