access from a second iPhone

I have an Arlo Pro, and granted full access to my wife's iPhone through the Grant Access in Settings. However, she cannot edit the modes, except for the Schedule. I would like my wife to have the same administrative right as I have to manage Arlo Pro. Anyone has any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you toggle the additional rights for her account? Even with that set, an account that's been granted access isn't the same as having the primary account credentials.
