Wrong chargers put in box for VMA4800-100NAS

SOMEONE IN YOUR FACTORY IS PUTTING THE WRONG CHARGERS IN THE BOX LABELLED VMA4800-100NAS.  This has happened to me 3 times, twice from Amazon and NOW directly from Arlo.  Inside the boxes labelled VMA4800-100NAS are the charger model # AD2085320 and my Arlo Pro camera does not even recognize it is attached to the charger.

DawnFarmer,

 

This may indicate an issue with the camera rather than the charger. Do you have any other cameras you could test the charger with? Do you still see the same behavior?
