Why is it that Arlo Pro is working better at home when I turn off my wireless on my smartphone. I tried moving the Arlo base station to different locations in the house and have the same situation

I'd suspect a difference in latency and maybe speed of the Internet connection depending whether connected to WiFi or cell service.  Use speedtest.net to compare the two different connections in the same location and post the results here.
